How PostBack started

The idea of PostBackTM was born from first-hand experiences running businesses during the COVID-19 epidemic. As business owners, and friends of business owners, we have experienced the difficult situation that there isn’t much accountability for online review behavior. Star ratings from online reviews can truly affect your bottom line, and can be harder to remove than that tattoo you got during your friend’s bachelor’s party in Tijuana… not that we’d know anything about that.
